Whenever I open the HP SMART program to try and scan something, it will show 3 versions of my single printer and I have to wait about 45 seconds for each one to "connect" where it ALWAYS comes back OFFLINE for every one of them... Why do I have THREE printers all with the same name when I only have ONE? How do I get rid of them? Why are they ALWAY S offline, even though if I go to HP SMART on the internet it shows ONE version of my printer and it is ONLINE.... This has been an ongoing problem since I have used HP SMART program.
