I bought this all-in-one new years ago. I've never had this problem until the last week or so? If I try to use the HP SMART app it wants me to sign in, but it give me an error! 

"We can't connect to the service you need right now. Check your network connection or try this again later." 

I can use other programs to scan documents, but this doesn't work as well as the HP SMART with scanning. This has been going on for over a week! My network is working just fine for everything else including streaming, so I really think this is an HP problem! I also don't understand why I need to sign in just to scan a document for myself when I DON'T NEED THE EXTRA FEATURES HP gives as a reason you must sign in to HP SMART in order to use it!
