Hi all together,

 

good news! 😊

 

HP Scanjet N6310 perfectly works if you do still own the original Installation CD named "HP Scanjet N6310 Windows" with Barcode-No. L2700-10015 (deliverd 2012 by HP together with the scanner).

 

I was in the bad situation to have to setup a new PC (Tower assembled with components of my choice) using now Win 11 instead of Win 10.

 

Just inserted the CD / DVD into the tray of the CD-Player and step by step started all applications named hpzsetup, HPZstub, Läuncher and Setup.

 

Keep calm!  it takes some time until the installation procedure starts and installation is finished. 

If you had been patient, you will be rewarded using HP Scanjet N6310 in combination with OS Win 11 and those scanning/copying tools your are aware from usage in combination with Win 10. 

 

Finaly you don`t have to buy a new scanner or VueScan.
