Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M25-M27 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I would like to scan using the HP scanning toll/application.
However, after double clicking to run the application, nothing pops up.
Tried a few times but the result is still the same as if the application fail to run.
When checked from the task manager, the application seems to be running but the application does not show on my screen.
