Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I use the software provided by HP for scanning (HP Scan) because it´s the right size for my needs.

I use it mainly for scanning documents to PDF.

However, after scanning the documents (but before saving it), if I try to crop the scanned image (by double clicking on the scanned image thumbnail, on the upper left corner of the window), the keyboard is usually disabled (even though a few times it´s not disabled...). The keyboard doesn´t work even in other apps (Notepad, for example).

I can´t even rename the scanned file (from the standard name Scan.pdf) or create a new folder for saving it (unless I accept the default folder name).

After starting the cropping, te keyboard is disabledAfter starting the cropping, te keyboard is disabled.

The only way to get the keyboard working again is by closing the HP Scan window (by clicking on Quit or using the Task Manager; Crl-Alt-Del still works).

The software is up to date, I have already tried uninstalling and installing the most recent software, but it didn´t solve the problem.

If I don´t crop the scanned image (click directly on the Save button) the keyboard is not disabledd (I can rename the file for saving).

Is there any fix (or even any workaround) for this issue?
