Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Using "HP Scan", the first scan of one page works well, I can see the result on the screen and save it.

If I want to do a second page or a new scan, the printer scans the document but there is no result on "HP Scan".

To scan another page I need to restart the printer and "HP Scan" and usually it works for one page... sometine no.

I have run  HP "Print&Scan Doc 5.7.4", no problem detected.

The printer is connected by USB to the computer (HP also)

Before summer and for month everything was working without any problem.
