Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Let me start off by saying that ANY HP product I have ever used is THE WORST PRODUCT EVER.  HP makes crappy hardware.

 

Right now the problem is the scanner on my HP printer.

 

It worked for a while on wireless, then it quit working.  So I plugged in the ethernet cable and it worked for a while.

 

NOW it doesn't work with ethernet.  I have to go to the printer, yank the power cord, plug it back in, to get the scan to work on my PC.

 

UNACCEPTABLE.  I ran the HP scan doctor and it didn't fix the problem.

 

GIVE ME A SOLUTION.
