HP Smart App 13.3.0

Can not scan without login, all login screens stuck with (Loading HP Account) without even asking me to login?

Diagnosis so far

1 - Tried Hard reset solution (disconnect power chord, turn off printer for 3 minutes, press ON for 30 seconds, connect again) DID NOT WORK

2 - Tried the delete app and reinstall  DID NOT WORK

3 - Tried delete the app and went to my home directory/Library/Printers and deleted HP folder and reinstall DID NOT WORK

4 - Tried restarting my Mac Did not work

 

I am at wits end!
