Hi,
I have installed HP App in one PC but scan only not working please check the attached screen and let me know is there any option to resolve this issue.
I tried to reset, reinstall the App but still getting the same error.

I see that the HP Smart App is not detecting the Scanner feature.
Are you able to make photocopies?
To assist you better please provide me with the complete printer model or the product number

Hi @krazytoad,
Thanks for your reply the effected user able to print from the same system. Only the problem is he cannot able to use scanning from the App and the printer model is HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw.
I already had another user login in the system so I logged in with the credential and found scanner working for him. So, I thought the problem with the user account so I created new user account for the user and found the same problem even for the new user account.

@tjnihal I recommend you login as admin and check if it works, considering it works with the other user, if the issue persists, please uninstall the HP Smart app, restart the device and then install the same back into the device.
