HP Recommended

HP Smart used to open up right away after clicking on the app. Now it gets hung up and does not open right away. It takes several attempts and iterations of clicking on the app and having to click yes to the popup saying "Do you want this app to make changes to your device?" It takes about three to five times and about one minute for the app to finally open. Would appreciate some troubleshooting advice. Please note that I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the printer, and the printer drivers to no avail. Help!
