Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Alternatively, you can download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store. For more information on how to set up your printer using the HP Smart app, go to HP printer setup (HP Smart app).

We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

HP Smart is is presenting the following error whenever I attempt to open it to scan / print: Error Code: UU_599_XXXXXXXXXX

 

The same exact issue is happening on two different machines/environments with two different HP printers.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the HP Smart App.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you uninstall the HP Smart app on your computer and then reinstall it and check whether the issue is resolved.
