Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does not scan from the feeder. Shows error code (UA_400_EB0000100). After troubleshooting with Scan Doctor, it shows the problem to be Device Manager. Please help.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to resolve the issue, reset the printer and update the printer firmware.

To temporarily clear the error, reset the printer.

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  3. Wait 60 seconds.

  4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
