HP Smart Scanning Random Pages Upside Down

Product: HP Laserjet MFPM227fdw - HP Smart Issue
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Smart software scanning certain pages upside down - it's random - could be one or two could be more - sometimes if it's just 2 pages it scans the last page upside down. Need help to fix this
