After few weeks the App HP Smart stop scanning documents, although the other functions continue to function normally. i already unistall install drivers Apps... and still doesn´t works. This problem only happens using HP Smart, as i sad, started a few weeks ago, before it worked perfectly. If i use the original software everything works fine.
below error:
Problema com scanner. Foi detectado um problema com scanner. Reinicie a impressora e tente novamente. Se o problema persistir, visite do site da do suporte HP da Web.

Have you tried reinstalling the HP Smart app itself?
Please follow the 'How do I uninstall the HP Smart app?' section below, then reinstall the app and check for any difference:
