When I log in to the HP Smart website it shows that the printer is offline and the ink levels are from the last time it synced even though my computer and printer are on and connected to the same network. If I open the HP Smart app, then it shows the right information but the website does not.

@Microbuilder, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
Try using a different browser like Google Chrome/Firefox.
It is recommended to use the HP Smart app on the Win PC rather than the website.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

This does not work. The information on the website is different from the app and it appears that the website cannot connect to my printer. I want to know if I will still receive my Instant Ink shipments because the website says I wont and the app directs me to the website but the information is not correct on the website.

Hi, Kindly remove the printer from the HP smart website. And then again synch it. I am sure that it will start work because yesterday in crossbody travel bags office we were facing the same but I removed the scanner and again sych it so it start working. Sometime the apps updates so thats why it showing issues.
