Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Alternatively, you can download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store. For more information on how to set up your printer using the HP Smart app, go to HP printer setup (HP Smart app).

Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

the HP Smart app won't open to allow me to use it.  When I click on the app, i get a very quick page biip and then nothing.

 

I have reinstalled the app multiple times following support guidelines.  I have emtied my trash each time after ejecting the app.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
