After starting the HP Smart app it desappears. So I cannnot use it to proceed with the printer configuration

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App and try again.

Hi, actually that’s what I did and the problem persists.

I successfully configured the printer some months ago but when I moved to a different apartment (different WiFi network) I am having this problem.

I hope you can help me.
