HP Smart tank 7602r

Just an FYI for all. I just signed up with the All In-One Plan and received the Smart Tank 7602r printer. It replaces my OfficeJet Pro 9018e printer. I was told that it had the same capabilities as my 9018. If I had known the 7602 couldn't do double sided copy printing from the auto feeder, I would not have accepted the plan. I will now have to keep my old printer.

If auto-duplex copying is essential for you, you might consider maintaining both printers to leverage this functionality. It's always useful to verify specific features with the model specifications.

I cannot print because the printer error says to install 14" paper and I cannot find out how to change the paper to 11" paper.
