If my computer can't connect to the internet, HP Smart cannot scan because it hangs when trying to connect to cloud services.
My computer is setup to remote into my work. When I'm remoted in, my local computer can't connect to the internet. This means I can't scan and use remote desktop at the same time.
All the company employees are working at home right now, so this is a big problem. If there is no workaround or this can't be fixed I will be force to switch the printers/scanners that my company uses to another manufacturer.
