We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Can scan single pages from printer.  Not able to do multi pages where in the past I was able to use HP assistant to do multiple scans from the "manage scan" option.  This is not highlighted to click on and not sure what happened.  Worked before.

HI There,  I went to install HP Smart App.  Was requested for Microsoft sign in.  Signed in  and went to obtain App.  Could not proceed as the device is not recognized or linked.  Tried to set the device and gave up.  Could not get to the next step to install.  Maybe get a new printer-scanner..

This might require remote access of the computer to fix the issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
