Hi HP Support team,

Recently (21st March 2022) my son has purchased HP chromebook from Amazon. The description is as follows. 

HP Chromebook 14 Intel Celeron N4020-4GB

SDRAM/64GB eMMC + 256 GB Expandable

Storage 14inch(35.6 cm) Thin & Light

Touchscreen Laptop (Chrome OS/B&O/Google

Assistant/BL Keyboard/1.46 kg), 14a-na0003TU

l B08C5W6PL2 (B08C5W6PL2)

HSN:84713010

I already have a HP scanner G2410 having serial number [Personal Information Removed].

Now the issue is that when I connect G2410 scanner to HP Chromebook through usb cable, HP Chromebook is not detecting the scanner & I am unable to use my scanner.

I tried a lot using different ways, however not succeed.

Will you please help me in this regards to resolve this long pending issue.

Your earliest solution will be highly appreciated.
