I just installed my printer on my windows 11 PC. It prints fine using the universal print driver. But it will not scan using the Windows Scan App, HP Scan app, or the HP Smart App. The Hp printers app could not even identify the printer. I have tried installing and reinstalling it, but that has not fixed the problem. The printer is connected via USB port.
