Hello,

I'm in trouble with my HP deskjet All in one 2510 Scanner that worked properly on another win10 pc.

 

I have performed a complete uninstall as described in another post and after a complete reinstall and it works.

 

The problem begin when I restart the pc. It doesent work anymore and I need to reinstall the drivers again.

The message displayed is: Hp deskjet 2510 series not found.

The printer works fine but not the scanner.

Taking a look in windows device properties i can see tha it works properly, but this is not real.

 

Please, do you have any suggestion ?
