Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Alternatively, you can download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store. For more information on how to set up your printer using the HP Smart app, go to HP printer setup (HP Smart app).

Hello, I have an HP Envy 5020.  I am using the HP Smart app to scan five pages using my Ipad camera.  I open the icon saying scan using camera.  I scan all the pages through the camera, following the instructions, which are simple, but preview shows it has only saved two, the first and last.  Any ideas please?  

I have tried more than once and I have the same issue. I am baffled.

I understand you have issues while scanning on the iPad using the HP Smart app.

 

Make sure the HP Smart app is up to date.

Go to the App Store and check for updates.

 

Also, update the iPad. Try scanning.

If the issue persists, follow the steps mentioned in this document.
