HP løsningssenter er ikke operativ lenger. Det kommer et bilde som vist i vedlegget, prosessen stopper der. 

Hva er løsningen for å få åpnet HP løsningssenter? Mvh Anders

We have the same problem.  HP Solution Center seems to have a splash screen (as posted previously) but won't allow us to get past the spash screen. The middle of the screen seems to be enabled so that we should be able to click on it (mouse pointer changes), but nothing happens when we click. 

 

Windows 10, by the way.

 

We are no longer able to use the scanning function on our HP printer.
