Hi Sandytechy20,  my HP printer's Serial# is[Personal Information Removed].  I'm having the same problem as @BobbyT23.  What is the "Fix" to get the Webscan Scan message "You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact the person who set up the printer." to stop showing my scan to computer function has been disabled and to get back to the HP Utility to be able to again scan from my HP OfficeJet 6958 All_in_One printer to my computer from my "scan" icon on the printer display??  (BY THE WAY I did NOT disable the function, and I am the person who set up the printer correctly)

Until very recently,  I used to be able to go to HP Utility and see the option to enable scanning a document from my printer to my MacBook Air computer. But only very recently do I find no way to get to my HP OfficeJet 6958 Printer/Scanner utility. I've downloaded HP Smart on my laptop and HP Easy Scan on my laptop, but when I try to scan from my printer using the "scan" icon on the display I always now get "-No Computer Found". Very, Very frustrating!! Please help me fix it.  I heard, while on hold with HP Tech Support, that HP is having problems like this.  What is the FIX??    Thank you,  Tom Austin[Personal Information Removed].

I am a current HP Instant Ink customer, too.

I down loaded new drivers. After a few minutes there was an update and it is working. I can now scan to mail or documents. I have two printers an Officejet 5740 and an Officejet Pro 8600 Premium and both are working fine now. It was a two day ordeal but is back to normal now.
