HP office jet 5230 all in one . how do I turn off fax notification print out , every time I send fax it prints out a last transaction message with the time of sent fax . How can i stop this please .?

Let's try these steps

On the control panel, press the Fax button and scroll down to Reports. Under Reports select Fax Confirmation and select OFF
