HP printer not copying whole page

When I copy a document, the printer cuts off the top or bottom.  I have tried putting the document both ways on the glass, but part of it still isn't copying.

3. Avoid Borderless Copying

• The DeskJet 2755e does not support full-bleed (borderless) copying.
• It may automatically apply margins, especially if the document is close to the edge.

4. Update Firmware and Software

• Use the HP Smart - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store to check for firmware updates.
• Updated firmware can fix bugs related to scanning and copying.

5. Try Copying from the HP Smart App

• Open the HP Smart app on your phone or computer.
• Use the “Scan” feature instead of the physical copy button.
