Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Everything about this printer has been a torture! And no matter what I enter the printer prints whatever size it wants. I ask for 5" x 7" and I get wallet size . I ask for full page and I get 4" x 6".

Having left out the model of the troublesome printer means we cannot provide more than a generic answer.

 

For example:

 

  • Full control and access to the printer features requires that you have installed the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software.  Full Driver installation is in addition to any print application(s) you have loaded / installed.
  • The printer must be aware of the paper size AND paper type - it is not always enough to just adjust the settings.
  • The software or application you are using to view and submit the job to the printer impacts the results.  In addition, the settings / combinations must be selected and supported by the driver / application.
  • The version of Windows and even whether printer software is supported impacts the result.  For example, Old printer + old printer software + new Windows version = ??
