Hi all,

I have re-installed a Desktop PC with Windows 10 family.  THis PC is conencted USB to a PSC1315 printer, and Ethernet-NW to a LaserJet M1120n.  I can print to both printers, but none of them is found by HP SMART or HP scan (or HP twain support).  I have a third party software I use (XNVIEW) which supports twain-based scanning. It show no twain driver is installed. 

Please what am I doing wrong?

HP Recommended

You should update your driver, or reinstall the USB driver. If you need help updating the USB driver, I can share some guides.
