HP ENVY 4505 (3  in 1)   Suddenly (after my wife had done straight copies, not sure what else she might have done) when I wish to do a SCAN by clicking on  'Scan a Document or Photo - Open the scan dialog'  on the HP 4500 ENVY Series: HP Printer Assistant page I get thIS message:

 

      The HP ENVY 4500 series was not found.
