Dear, I am looking at the issue why I cannot choose scan double sided using automatic feeder during the scan to email operation in the control panel via App?

 

I knew I can fulfill double sided scanning by toggle the 2sided button when I a ) use the full software in pc, b) scan to usb in the control panel or c) scan to computer in the control panel.

 

pls enlighten me if I am missing any steps in switching on 2sided scanning toggle during direct scan to email operation in the printer’s control panel. 

 

Seem  it seems a very logical thinking but if it is a missing via the App in the send to email operation, may I ask the developer to add this important feature in the next release so the we users can enjoy upon next update print app. Tks
