HP Recommended
Product: 7720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP7720 has option to scan to computer for OCR but I can't get it to work. The printer is connected to my laptop and prints from it so the two are connected. I've tried the HP Smart app but this has no option to scan to OCR. 

Any suggestions?
