Product: HP OfficeJet 4655 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

OfficeJet4655 ... HUGE printed copy letters, only sections of "ORIGINAL DOC" seen per page.  I have run out of ideas to try.. AI Can't read either.

Hi,

Any such would likely occur due to wrong paper settings of the printer or a customer Resize copy setting for the copy job.

Please open and close the paper tray and ensure the proper Paper Size and Type are set, such as A4 or US Letter and Plain Paper, if you see any other value click No or Edit to change the paper settings.

 

Next, click on Copy > Copy Document.

Click the gear icon or the Settings button.

Scroll down and select the option to restore the default paper settings and confirm any prompt, then try copying and check for any difference.
