We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Everything works fine except for scanning.  When I press the scan button on printer it says I have to go to 123.hp.com which I do and find that I can scan from there but surely I should be able to do it from computer or printer.

Of course - but to scan something from your printer to your PC, you need to install the HP software. You can download it from here: 

 

EN5000_Full_WebPack_44.4.2678.exe(127.5 MB)

 

After installing the software, try to scan something from your printer. 

If this doesn't work, feel free to write again. 🙂
