Help With Glossy Ink Jet Print Paper and HP HP Smart Tank 6001 All-in-One Copier/Scanner

I use the following HP printer. HP Smart Tank 6001 All-in-One which uses the following ink:
Original HP 32XL Black Ink Bottle, Original HP 31 Cyan Ink Bottle, Original HP 31 Magenta Ink Bottle, Original HP 31 Yellow Ink Bottle,

My question is that this printer/scanner is supposed to print glossy, which it does, but the ink always smears/smudges even after drying, especially darker colors. I cannot figure out why this is happening, and wanted to know what recommendations everyone has for best basic gloss. I currently use Staples Brand Basic Gloss, 53lb 8.5x11 which worked with in past on a different HP copier, however this new Smart Tank 6001 prints in gloss, however 15 minutes after printing the in smudges. How do I resolve this issue, and do I need to use a different weight paper than what I am using for the ink to not smudge? Currently I used the matte side of the glossy paper to print, but it is obviously not high gloss in appearance which I want to resolve. Please someone help me figure this out. I cannot be the only person on earth with this issue. I want best brands as well as off brand glossy that people use and recommend. I have not used HP glossy paper as they have the HP logo on the opposite side of the print side and I want non-branded gloss paper.

That glossy paper is no good, use a different brand.
