Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

What is your printer model?  

 

Did you just change the Internet Service Provider or Router or have moved the printer to a new location (house)?

 

Just need to do a wireless reset and then use HP Smart app to setup and connect the printer to the network again.
