I need to clean under the glass on my printer but do not know how to do so.  There is dust on the underside of the glass that shows on the computer screen when I scan anything using the glass top.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know how to clean the inner part of the scanner glass.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I would like to inform you that you will not be able to clean the inner part of the glass and to do so we need to disassemble the printer and I do not have the steps or the HP articles to provide you that information. However, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

Thank you for replying.  I think HP should take steps in future models to allow the glass to be removed for cleaning purposes.  Thank you for your time.
