Product: Office Jet Pro 9015
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was scanning a number of old small photos and cropped one.  Now the scanning area is permanently at about 5 inches.

How can I increase the scan area back to 8.5 x 11.  I scanned the photo, chose "More" in right corner, then "Manage Images", but I cannot change the numbers back to a letter size paper.  Please help!

Sounds like you are using HP Scan.

Change the Page size on the main menu (where the shortcuts are located) to adjust the size of the scan area.

 

Example

NOTE: Page Size works similarly in both PDF and JPEG scanning.
