HP Photosmart B110A CN245B
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I saw some similar topic here, so I try the solutions on my PC ... I installed the HP Scan Extended on my PC but unfortunatelly it won't work. The massage says it didn't find the scanner. But my PC (which is a HP DESKTOP-3R0FL3S) easyly find my Photosmart B110A wireless. I have the original software on the instalation cd I've got when I bought the Photosmart, but that was long ago and I seriously doubt it will work on my Windows 10 Pro. So can you help me that my two HP machines will work ok together? Best regards, Enzo

Hi @Enzo-No_Limits1

 I'd be happy to assist you

 Let's try and uninstall the printer software from the root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software.

--->In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.

--->Select your HP printer.

--->Select Uninstall.

--->In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.

--->In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”

--->Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.

--->Type printui.exe /s and click OK.

--->Click on the Drivers tab.

--->Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.

--->Select OK.

--->Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.

--->Close Devices and Printers.

And then reinstall the printer full-featured drivers from software and drivers page

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi Jay

unfortunatelly it didn't work ... I did as you told me but it won't work.

The PC find my printer and it prints  .... but for the scanner function, well it's worst than before.

As I remember from years ago, I did the scanning thru the HP solution center, now if I open the solution center, it won't open it.

I only got this on my screen and no posibility to scan at all ;(
