How do I copy an existing sheet and minimize it do a smaller size.

HP envy 7800 series. How do I do a size reduction when copying a sheet of information. Tried entering on the printer itself to reduce it to 25% but once I got to that point doesn’t allow me to print.

Easy workaround to stubborn Copy feature....

Scan the content > mark the boundary at the edges of what you want scanned

Save the file as an image (.jpg)

Open the Image file in   Paint

File > Print > Page Setup

Verify the paper size and the orientation

Select to Print the image at 25 % of the original size (100%)
