Welcome to the HP English Community --
Your non-HP+ printer supports HP Smart Advance.
Set up and use an HP Smart app Shortcut to save your content to a supported Cloud location as a .docx file type (Word).
First >> Be sure open HP Smart > Printer Settings > and (re)check / set the Printer Access to Shortcuts.
AND
If Shortcuts were previously working and have stopped, recheck the Printer Access.
Even if not yet expired, set the access time to (for example) One Year to help make sure the access is enabled.
When creating (or editing) your Shortcut,
select the File Type as one of those offered, for example, .docx (Word).
