I need help in how to update my password on my HP Officejet Pro 8710. I had to update my google password and ever since I get an error when scanning to my email that the username/password do not match.  When I try to bypass and scan to the usb walk up drive I get a error message the usb is busy. I am getting frustrated and disappointed in not being able to get this issue resolved. This printer is useless for me without having this feature working.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pages 13-14 do not address this issue.  Where do we update the username and password on the 8710.  I was scanning to emails just fine until last night.

Pages 13-14 do not address the issues of not being able to scan docs to email when the error "invalid username or password" pops up.  How do you fix this problem (e.g. where do you enter this information and what is this information)?
