@Seth54, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you need to remove a fax number from your printer's local address book, follow these general steps. Note that the specific steps can vary slightly depending on your HP printer model:

Access the Printer Control Panel:

  • Go to the Home screen and touch Menu.

Navigate to Contacts:

  • Scroll to Utilities and touch Contacts.

Select the Contact to Delete:

  • Browse through the list and touch the name of the address book contact that you want to delete.

Delete the Contact:

  • Touch Edit, then touch Delete.
  • Confirm the deletion by touching Delete again.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
