How to set default scan setting for HP9025e using HP Smart

I use HP Smart to interface with my HP9025e printer, which I primarily use for scanning.  I used to be able to easily find the Settings to adjust the default folder my scan is sent to from Documents (which I don't want) to Desktop (which I do want).  I can't find those settings anymore.  Where are they?

Unless something has changed very recently,

HP Smart -- by itself -- does not understand the concept of Presets / Custom Shortcuts and default folder Destinations

Example - HP Smart - Windows - Preset = Document > Scan > Optionally Edit - Done > Save

HP Smart - Windows and Mobile - understands how to use HP Smart Shortcuts to Scan > Optionally Edit - Done > Save > Call Shortcuts to save to Cloud Storage .  This method does not include saving to the Desktop and is mentioned here as FYI.
