PROBLEM_1: At first of the purchase of my new Laserjet printer HP M438nda, while scanner even in the manual way using the ADF scanner, the paper was jammed and got tuck in the scanner. After few days the manual way of ADF scanner works properly, but while giving it the scan job on my PC, it only scannes upto only 4 pages and shows some error like the image i have attached  and also the pdf doesn't got saved in my PC.

PROBLEM_2: while checking my device on the HP support, i got error on the serial number of my printer. even while checking on the warranty status, it says that the serial number is invalid. also, on the HP Smart APP i got this error and cannot connect to the printer. i only use over other HP software to print. i have also attached image for this issue. Screenshot 2026-01-20 195920.png
