My HP Officejet Pro 8625 e-All-in-One Printer is not working due to an unknown printer error that I'm not able to diagnose. Is there a way that I can still use the fax feature on the device? When I turn on the all-in-one printer, the menu on the screen switches to the error screen before I can get to the fax screen.
