You need to remove the rear covers and make sure that the cables for the ADF are properly seated in the scanner board. If they are, you need to test the continuity of the cable. Replace cable if it tests bad. JC39-02119A

 

If the cable tests good then you need to replace the parts below in order shown until error is resolved

Scan joint PCA part number: JC92-02781A
ADF board part number: JC92-03002B
HARNESS-ADF part number: JC39-02451A
