My HP 3755 All-in-One printer.  When I am scanning.  I get two dark lines down the middle of the scanner preprinting screen.  Yes, the copy comes out with the lines.  Also, when I print a copy from a clean original.  It comes out with dark lines.  I re install the drivers from the United States website of Hp, but it still has the problems.  This model Hp 3755 does not have glass to clean.  I Align printheads and Clean printheads. I am using Windows 11.  If I print something from a document file.  The Dark lines do not come out.  Then I get a clean copy.  Can anyone help me?  Do I need to get a new printer? This just started two days ago!  Help!
