Hp Scan jet problem in color scan (Scanjet 300)

HP Recommended
HP ScanJet 300
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i take color scan on hp scanjet 300 there is color lines in all page 

It is not a hardware problem. When i change user on pc (domain user) it work propertly.

When i connect this scanner to another PC - it work propertly. 

Delete and reintall driver - not helped.

Delete and create new User Profile - not acceptible.

I found the same problem (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Scanning-Faxing-Copying/Hp-Scan-jet-problem-in-color-scan/m-p/6875403) but i dont find how to fix  it.

 

Kindly need solution to fix this issue.
